• Unlocks the Dragon Steak recipe at Hero rank
• Unlocks the Ghastly Stew recipe upon reaching the rank of God/Creator and accepting the special request
• Unlocks the Sea Lord Set recipe upon completing the Cook's God special request

Battle Stats

Alfredo is able to join the player's party once the player has reached the rank of God in the Cook life and initially accepts the special request. In addition, the player must have completed the Origin Island storyline.

His Friendship will increase faster if the player is active in the Cook life while having him in the party.
