Andy Pescado

Andy Pescado is the younger brother of Olivia Pescado and the son of the famous pirate Ahab. While Olivia is on her adventures, he takes her place as governor of Port Puerto. He wanted to play sports as a child, but his mother wouldn't allow it. Also, he writes a lot of poetry, and always wants the player to join in a banquet/feast that would take years to finish.
As an Ally
Andy can be recruited into the player's party as an Ally once they have completed Tales of Lunares Chapter 3, A Pirate's Life.
In battle, Andy wields a rapier. An agile fencer, Andy attacks by quickly lunging and thrusting his rapier forwards. He possesses a charged attack that releases a flurry of thrusts.
Andy's Friendship will increase faster if the player is a Carpenter while having him in the party.
