After reaching God rank for Blacksmith, accept the Special Request from Vulcan. Higher level enemies should spawn in Haniwa Cave after accepting the Special Request.

Go to Haniwa Cave and run to the top-most area at the back of the cave and on the ground you will see a sparkling object. Pick this up and you will get the Bismuth Ingot. You can only gather this item one at a time.
