Decker is a carpenter and will sometimes assist the avatar in missions. He can be found in the Port Puerto Marina Ship Dock.

Decker gives the Player extra recipes when they rank up and speak with him, such as the scarecrow.

When the Player reaches the Master Rank, Decker gives the Carpenter challenge "It's Elementary," which requires the Player to make an Earth Beam, a Water Beam, a Wind Beam, and a Fire Beam. This challenge rewards 2000 stars.

At Hero rank, Decker gives the Player the world map recipe.

As an Ally

Decker is added as an ally after reaching Expert carpenter rank.
