Elmie is the Forest Goddess who used to tend to Heyho. He is the only known one who can summon her.

Elderwood Village - Sitting in a tree, just east of the Goddess Statue.

Elmie is able to join the player's party once the player has reached the rank of Master in the Woodcutter life.

Her Friendship will increase faster if the player is active in the Woodcutter life while having her in the party.
