Location
The Forest Wraith is an enemy that can be found in Deep Elderwood. It is a gold crown monster, and is recommended you stay away until you have better armor and weapons. Also it is much stronger than the Earth Wraith.

Leaf Claw: A short range claw attack.
Forest Tornado: Charges for 1.5 seconds before summoning a cyclone similar to Gale Wraith's attacks, but the tornado has leafs around it.
Avalanche: Will charge for 2 seconds before summoning an avalanche to crush you similar to Earth Wraith's attacks, but much stronger.
Heal Spell: Will heal itself. Land a critical hit on it to prevent healing.
