Lily Lips, the flower who is inside the Florina's House, is used to dye your clothes (Clothes Dyeing Bliss Bonus is required to unlock). She is one of the NPC people who give a hint that ´´Flutter´´ is not actually a butterfly. At first, she can be pretty rude, but later she will be gentler.
