Obtaining

Upon completing the Port Puerto chapter in the story, the player will receive more of Flutter's Requests. One request is titled, "Holiday Home: Port Puerto" for 100 Bliss.

The player may find Luciano standing at the east side of Port Puerto Palace Way near one of the purchasable homes. After the player speaks to Luciano, he rewards the player with the Portrait of Olivia.
