Walkthrough

From the center of Castele Square, go north. Go around the Goddess statue and enter Castele Castle Reception Hall. Go north till you reach the large red circular rug and go either east or west and pass the stairs. Again go north and enter Castele Castle Inner Garden. Go to the eastern garden wall, along the wall should be a door to Hughes's Room. Hughes should be inside, he will have a red speech bobble over his head, go talk to him.
