So, I've been fighting this thing for about 4 hours now, still can't beat it (Level 67 hunter level 10 bow) I seem to have found a strategy that gets me to his 50% phase every so often (if I don't mess up)

So, as a hunter you get this ability called backstep and fade shot.. backstep is a key ability in this fight as it counts as a temp immunity for about 1 second, then use the fade shot combo, and you usually get about 1,8-2,2 seconds of immunity to damage.His main ability pre-50% seem to all last about 2 seconds, his longest being whirling smash (What i'm gonna call it). This attack can hit you upto 6 times usually resuling in death (600ish damage) if you Backstep during his start of the attack, wait about .5 seconds then use your fade shot, the entire take will be negated with no damage. I've noticed, its not the safest thing to use you're creator ability when he is doing his pummel or smash attacks, but only when he inititally starts his whirling attack.

At 50% All I know that he changes, is his whirling smash becomes whirling pummel with a slightly longer delay between attacks, and he gets a stampeding charge, which can be ignore with backstep fadeshot.
