1) Comments on pages: I'll have to check with KidProdigy on that. Currently I don't see a strong enough reason to open up a comment section due to having a forum on the Wiki and most people tend to head to different forums such as Reddit or Gamefaqs. Do you have particular pages in mind that you'd like to see a comment section for?
2) Page for the player character: Sure, I don't see why not. Feel free to go all out on creating a page for the character. As for the theory thing, for now I'd say just maybe linking it to your blog posts. Like having a section saying "Fan Theories" and then posting links below that lead to your theories.
3) Rule section: I'm not too sure what you mean by that. Rules for a theory section or are you meaning something else?

- Ahhh, I see. Feel free to add in your post for people not to be rude. Thankfully it shouldn't be much of a problem since traffic is slower these days and overall the community is actually very friendly.
- In regards to having comments, I believe that's controlled by administrators only. I'll go drop a message on KidProdigy's talk page to see what he thinks since he's the founder and he is super experienced with Wiki.

So unfortunately the comment section will be a no-go for a few reasons. Mainly to keep the pages running smoothly for all users. (Creep my talk page to see the details)
The player character page is looking really good so far! Keep up the awesome work :-)
