I don't have my 3DS on hand but I know for sure that in Al Maajik Spelltown there is the Al Maajik Library of Magic which contains that sort of information. Just have to check out the books on the 1st and 2nd floor of the library. I don't recall seeing any reading areas in Port Puerto but I'll check in a bit when I have my 3DS.

Ohhhh, sorry. I see what you mean. I don't recall seeing any information specific like that but I'm going to take a look around some areas right now. If I do find something, I'll be sure to drop a message on your page.
